ANTOINETTE VAN SLUYTMAN
COPYWRITER & EDITOR Antoinëtte Van Sluytman is a scholartist who was raised and homeschooled in Baja California. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design and Interactive Media currently works as the chief editor for all copy write within Fruition's marketing department. Antoinëtte has a reputation as a speculative fiction writer, an illustrator, graphic designer, UCLA Editing & Publishing Extension Instructor, and associate literary agent and Film & Media coordinator at Looking Glass Literary & Media. She is a member of the AALA and the co-founder of the upcoming film and media studio, Broken Chalice Studios. Antoinëtte is represented by Julie Crisp at the Julie Crisp Literary Agency. Her lectures on the literary circuit, including at writing conventions and events, about the essence of decolonizing fiction and countering literary hegemony in the industry. She had volunteered several times at the African Diaspora Museum & Research Center in Old Town San Diego, and at the writing nonprofit organization WriteHive due to her undying love for history and literature. On her off time, Antoinette finds joy in designing characters for books, shows, and media, studying taekwondo, reading, exploring new book shops, listening to music, watching movies, anime, and k-dramas, and creating art. Antoinette brings a robust background in creative expression and a dedicated focus on African diasporic history, making her a valuable asset to Fruition's marketing team and a notable exemplar of young intellect. |
