​Kelly has been the Chief Curator for Fruition Consulting for 6 years. She is responsible for business development for the company with a focus on arts, entertainment, and social impact conferences and events.

Her background has a heavy hand in marketing in the creative fields, to include A&M Records, Geffen Records, Blue Note and Interscope Records. She also has 25 years of contemporary art curation experience, representing visual artists and producing art exhibitions internationally.
